Join featured artists Ken Scaglia and Richard Lewis for a tour of LUSTER: Realism and Hyperrealism in Contemporary Automotive and Motorcycle Painting. Learn about their different styles of painting and what drew them to cars and motorcycles as subjects while exploring this fantastic exhibition!

Richard Lewis was trained as an architect at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. He started painting in watercolor to learn more skills related to architectural renderings but was drawn to the design of cars. He has particular interest in painting reflections. Richard now runs the art displays at the Dana Point Concours D’elegance and the Greystone Concours D’elegance.

Ken Scaglia studied Graphic Design at Purdue University and Yale University. Growing up in Indiana near cornfields and the Indy 500 led him to connect his love of drawing, cars, and fine details. He focuses on the principles of balance, value, and movement in cars. Ken is currently an adjunct professor of design in Southwest Connecticut.
