Guest instructor Trish Reyburn of Blissworks Yoga & Healing Arts will lead participants in one-hour classes designed for all levels. They will explore mind-body connection and help participants advance on their path to self-knowledge. Whether you are new to yoga or simply want to switch up your routine, we invite you to perfect your tree pose in the museum’s picturesque library.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle, along with any equipment you normally use (block, blanket, strap). Classes are open to beginner and skilled yogis alike.
Coming Soon: Stay tuned for the return of “Yoga in the Garden” this summer! Classes will take place outdoors when the weather is nice. Rain location is indoors.
Cost per program: $10 members / $15 non-members*

*Reservations are required, and classes are limited to 20 participants each month. Participants may pre-pay with a card over the phone or pay in cash the day of (must be exact amount).
About Trish Reyburn
Trish Reyburn is the owner and director of Blissworks Yoga & Healing Arts, LLC, established in 2004 in New London, Connecticut. After dealing with the symptoms of of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus, Trish decided to explore the field of natural healing and now is since 25 years symptom-free! She took her first yoga class in 1995 and then explored different types of yoga and yoga teachers until she found her niche in an alignment-based practice. She received her first yoga certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2000 and was certified Anusara-Inspired in 2009. Although based in alignment, Trish’s classes range from challenging to slow and contemplative. She shares from everyday life experiences and relates them to the highest teachings of yoga. Trish believes that yoga is an empowering practice that can help anyone advance on their path to self-knowledge. It is not important the level of poses that one achieves, but rather the attitude one cultivates wherever they may find themselves. Trish is also certified through the Lotus Palm School for Thai Yoga Therapy, a certified Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, and a certified Health Coach.
