Join us for a gallery talk exploring our special exhibition Small Wonders: Insects in Focus. Hear from Alisha Milardo of the Roger Tory Peterson Estuary as she relates the featured bugs with our local Connecticut Ecology. Enjoy light hors d’oeuvres before the tour.

About the Speaker
Alisha is an experienced leader in the nonprofit arena, with over twenty years of professional experience in the fields of non-profit business administration and environmental education and action. Currently Alisha is honored to serve as the Director at the Roger Tory Peterson Estuary Center in Old Lyme, CT, a regional center of The Connecticut Audubon Society. Alisha is passionate about the power of community impact, science education and mentoring tomorrows leaders. Previously she was the Vice President of Education at SoundWaters in Stamford, CT. Alisha is a purpose-driven leader, committed to making environmental education and research more equitable for all children and families.
