Auctria – Online Auction FAQs

How do I register and/or sign in?
Go to auctria.events/earthlydelights and click on the “Register” button in the top menu bar. If using a mobile phone, tap the button of three parallel horizontal lines (upper right corner) and click “Register” or “Sign In.” Fill out the form using your valid email address and cell phone number. You will be prompted to register a credit card for faster checkout. Complete your registration and then check your email to confirm your email address is correct. You will be redirected to our online auction website where you can start browsing and bidding! If you are already registered and want to sign in, go to auctria.events/earthlydelights and click the “Sign In” button.

Auctria also offers the option to download their mobile app from the app store. You will be able to access our online auction from the app and sign in using your email and password or the personal access code given in your confirmation email upon registering.

How do I bid?
Visit auctria.events/earthlydelights to access our auction website. It is a mobile friendly website, allowing bidders to place bids from their desktop computers as well as their mobile devices. You must be a registered bidder and logged in to bid on items. Once logged in, browse the auction, select the item you would like to bid on, enter your bid amount into the “Amount Box” and click on the “Bid” button. A confirmation window will pop up asking if the bid is correct. Click “OK” to confirm or “Cancel” to clear your bid amount.

How do I know I’ve been out bid?
When bidders are out bid, they will receive a notification via an email and/or text message.

How do I know I’ve won?
When the auction closes, winning bidders will receive an “Item Won Notification” email. You may also view your account summary via the “My Account” button in the top menu bar.

How do I pay for items?
Upon registering, you will be prompted to register a credit card for faster checkout. When the auction closes, winning bidders will receive a “Winning Bid Notification” email containing a pay online link.

When and how do I receive my items?
Winning bidders attending the in-person fundraiser can pick up their items after the auction closes at 9 PM in Glassenberg Gallery. If you cannot pick up your item that evening, you have until June 10 at 5 PM to pick up your items at the Museum.
