Join the Lyman Allyn for fun artful learning over Spring Break! Workshops are half-day, drop-off programs, where we explore the Museum and create art. 

Each day is themed around one of the Museum’s exhibitions. This program is designed for children in Kindergarten through the 5th grade.

Spring Break Workshops 2026

  • Workshops take place April 14 – 17 from 9 am – 12 pm

Price Per Workshop

  • $25 per workshop for members
  • $30 per workshop for non-members
  • You may sign up for one session or all four!

Themes

  • Tuesday, April 14, Prehistoric Pals
    • Join us for a Dino-mite day to create art about prehistoric dinosaurs, fossils, and geological structures. It will be a roaring good time!
  • Wednesday, April 15, Under the Sea
    • Take a swim down to the coral reefs as we create art inspired by the sea.
  • Thursday, April 16, On this Excellent Earth
    • From big city life to the quiet countryside, use art to explore the plants, animals, people, and buildings that beautify Earth.
  • Friday, April 17, Out of This World
    • Lift-off to outer space as we use the planets, stars, astronauts, and even an extra-terrestrial or two to inspire our last day of art projects

 

Please note that the daily fee includes all artmaking supplies, professional and instructional care for your child, and a snack.
