New London Public Schools:
United Through Excellent Art

May 20 – June 12, 2022

The Lyman Allyn is proud to present artworks by students from New London Public Schools in the Lehman Auditorium. Students, parents, teachers, families, and art enthusiasts of all ages are invited to explore artwork created by students, grades K-12, from Winthrop Elementary, Bennie Dover Jackson Middle School, and New London High School.  Two-and three-dimensional artworks, in a variety of media, are included in the exhibit.  A celebration of learning and artistic excellence, this exhibit showcases student talent, creativity, and critical thinking.

  • NLPS Elementary and Middle Schools: On view May 20–29
    • Reception Friday, May 27, 3:30 – 5 PM
  • New London High School, Visual and Media Arts Magnet Pathway: On view June 1–12
    • Reception Friday, June 10, 3:30 – 5 PM

Come see the great artwork by the talented NLPS students!
The Lyman Allyn is free to New London residents and NLPS staff/students.
